From all my research when I took the NCLEX a year ago, is that the "good" pop up is pretty accurate, almost 100%. Bad pop up is slightly less accurate and there is still a small chance of passing. Congratulations! Two days ago, I took the next gen nclex and stopped at 85 question (new minimum, old one was 75 minimum). I did the PVT for 2 days and always got the good pop up consistently. I checked it like 5-10 times. Today I got my quick results. The best way to check if you passed sooner is to check you license number at your BON website. All you have to do is search you name up and then boom! You see your license. I don't think I've ever read about anyone getting a false positive so the good pop seems to be pretty accurate.
