It casts Decrepify, which is going to be huge, and it has 11% life leach. End goal, though, should be Infinity. IMHO act 5 Merc is the way. You want something with kill speed and being able to equip a cheap source of Sanctuary is really good for chaos farm. The additional damage from the Holy Fire will not increase the damage on the fireball it will add to the sword attack damage.
