Frost Blaster has always been a pretty forgettable tower tbh. Before the Overhaul Update, it was just alright, as even though it was a decent tower it didn't have anything that made it stand out, so it wasn't used in any specific loadouts. At most, it could solo Molten Mode by itself, which is something I guess
