KRG is more expensive for the Howa and more stock like. I think it may be a little lighter. Oryx is cheaper, traditional chassis setup. I have heard some guys trying to add weight to their Bravos for balance and recoil improvement. Oryx is newer so haven't heard as much feedback yet. I personally plan on going with the Oryx for my next two builds.

Both have accessories and such (ARCA rails, bag riders, adjustable buttpads, etc), with an edge to the Bravo (which makes sense, since KRG has been around for a LONG time comparatively). A KRG Bravo would be another good option IMHO. Since you mention MDT and XLR, I'm assuming cost is a consideration, so don't really want to compare it to other, more expensive options.
